Overview:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie – Sushi to join the opening team of an exclusive, members-only dining concept in Manhattan. This is a unique opportunity to work and be part of a refined culinary experience that prioritises authenticity, precision, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present sushi and sashimi to the highest standards
Handle all aspects of fish preparation, including filleting and curing
Master traditional rice seasoning and sushi assembly techniques
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols, especially regarding raw seafood
Assist with mise en place and support seamless service execution
Help manage sushi station inventory and maintain kitchen tools
Support in training junior team members
Contribute to seasonal dish development, where appropriate
