This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. We recruit nationally.

As a sushi expert, you will be involved in menu creation and sushi preparation for Epic staff, customers, and guests. You will serve as a mentor to others and help expand our sushi offerings across campus. Our menu includes international cuisines from Southeast Asia, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and more.
