This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation. We offer financial relocation assistance.

As a sushi expert on our culinary team, you will be involved in menu creation and sushi preparation for Epic staff, customers, and guests. Our sushi, served at our venue Chopsticks, has been well received, and we plan to expand our offerings across the campus. You will craft our sushi menu using fresh ingredients and mentor others in the art of sushi making. Our menu also features cuisines from Southeast Asia, including China, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and more, offering opportunities to showcase your knowledge of international cuisine.
