This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We offer financial relocation assistance.

As a sushi expert on our culinary team, you’ll be involved in menu creation and preparing sushi for Epic staff, customers, and guests. Sushi served at our specialty venue, Chopsticks, is well received, and we plan to expand our offerings across more culinary venues on campus. You will craft and execute our sushi menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and mentor others in sushi preparation. Our menu also features cuisines from Southeast Asia, including China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos, providing opportunities to showcase your knowledge of international cuisine.
