• Prepare ingredients efficiently and consistently.
• Work with servers to accommodate guest requests and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain proper food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.
• Keep the sushi station organized and clean throughout each shift.
