Catch And Co is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. You will prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes, maintaining our restaurant's reputation for taste, presentation, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong knife skills and a deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine.

Responsibilities include cooking sushi and sashimi, managing ingredients, developing new menus, and mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a sushi chef.
• Formal training in sushi preparation (or equivalent experience).
• In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food safety certification.
