Job summary

Epic is seeking a sushi expert to join the culinary team at the Chopsticks venue. Responsibilities include menu creation, rolling sushi for staff, customers, and guests, and mentoring teammates in sushi techniques. You should have at least 2 years of sushi preparation experience.

This position is located at our campus in Madison, WI. Candidates must be willing to relocate or live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI.

• Prepare sushi menus featuring Southeast Asian cuisines such as China, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and more.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sushi preparation experience.
• International experience preferred, but not required.
• Fine dining or large-volume experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
