Job summary

Patriot Enterprises LLC provides the Army National Guard with Military Funeral Honors and Survivor Outreach Services, offering information, referrals, and outreach to geographically dispersed families. SOS State Coordinators assist Survivors after the CAO process, and coordinate with Families of all fallen Soldiers across service components at state and national levels.

Qualifications

Strong sense of mission and focus in SOS support for families and survivors.
Emotional maturity, tact, and attentive listening in crisis situations.
Ability to identify resources, facilitate referrals, and navigate VA benefits, TRICARE, and education opportunities.
Understand Army policies, regulations, and survivor outreach processes.

Responsibilities

Be available via telephone 24/7/365 to receive requests for assistance from constituents.
Contact and/or meet with each Survivor during transitions and milestones, at least annually.
Provide information on ARNG resilience programs and benefits available to families.
Act as liaison with civilian and military service providers and coordinate survivor outreach events.
Conduct or facilitate non-clinical support and provide information and referrals to Survivors.
