ADP, Inc. is seeking an Advocate in Clearwater, FL to provide case management for survivors of domestic violence, including safety planning, housing assistance, and employment referrals. The role supports crisis response, coordinates with law enforcement, and helps clients gain stability and independence.

The position requires independent work, strong public speaking abilities, and a valid Florida driver’s license; 2+ years of DV field experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
  • Core Competency certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in domestic violence field preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Productivity Tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive case management for survivors of domestic violence, including rights information, crisis stabilization, safety planning, advocacy, housing and employment assistance, and service planning.
  • Answer hotline calls and provide referrals to local community partner agencies.
  • Facilitate support groups and collaborate with community agencies to empower survivors.
  • Regularly update team on participant status and maintain participant files.
