Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, confidential support to survivors through active listening and crisis intervention.
• Educate survivors about rights, resources, and options for medical, legal, and emotional support.
• Participate in training sessions and supervision to develop advocacy skills and trauma-informed approaches.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care for survivors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and services provided in accordance with organizational policies.
