Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Surveyor Manager to lead survey teams across heavy civil construction projects including buildings, highways, bridges and tunnels. You will oversee all survey calculations to ensure accurate execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Engineering, 5+ years in heavy civil surveying, and licensure is preferred but experience may substitute. This role is based in the United States (Florida) with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree–Surveying or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of heavy civil and highway construction surveying experience.
  • Land Surveying License (RLS/PLS/PE) preferred but may be substituted by experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all survey teams for projects in building, highway, bridge and tunnel construction.
  • Perform and oversee all survey calculations for accurate project execution across the lifecycle.

Manage all survey teams for a particular project(s) in all disciplines of construction including building, highway, bridge, and tunnel construction. Perform /oversee all survey calculations that allows for the accurate execution of a project over the life cycle of the project.

Surveyor Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Surveying, or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of heavy civil and highway construction surveying experience.
  • Advance knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Land Surveying License, RLS, PLS, PE preferred but experience maybe considered in lieu of
