RESPEC in Pennsylvania seeks a Surveyor and CAD Designer to support land development projects. You will assist field surveys, stakeouts, and prepare figures from rough sketches and engineering data.
Work with project managers, design engineers, and other CAD operators, using Civil 3D and Office365 tools to create accurate plans while following standards. Some weekend work may be required; a valid driver's license is preferred.

The Surveyor and CAD Designer will be learning on the job by supporting various design efforts. The Surveyor and CAD Designer will provide survey and CAD support for the technical drafting of projects specific to the land development industry. Assigned projects will vary in size and complexity and be produced in an office team setting with project managers, design engineers, and other CAD operators.
Work Schedule: This is a regular full-time position with benefits.
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
