Job summary

Clatsop County seeks a Survey Technician II to perform surveying and fieldwork supporting the County Surveyors Office and restorations of Public Land Survey Corners. The role requires a related degree and several years of field experience, with driving privileges mandatory for in-state work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering required
• Three (3) years’ work experience in engineering/surveying required
• Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training acceptable
• Must possess and maintain driving privileges in Oregon

Responsibilities

• Perform surveying and fieldwork in support of the County Surveyors Office duties
• Assist with Public Land Survey Corner restorations
