Thomas & Hutton has an opening for a Survey Technician to join our Survey Department in Charlotte, NC. This is an in-office position.
Survey Technicians are responsible for inputting deeds and plats into AutoCAD, preparing Boundary, Topographical, ALTA/NSPS and Right of Way plats and producing final subdivision and Recombination plats to be recorded using Civil 3D and Carlson software.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. B.S. in Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience preferred. CST Level I or II (Office) certification preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of Survey mapping experience in Boundaries, ALTA/NSPS and Topographic Surveys.
