Woolpert, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Survey Team Leader to guide our Survey and Geomatics team. You will oversee field and office staff, ensuring delivery of high-quality land surveying products and timely project execution.

You will develop scopes, schedules, and estimates, coach staff, and ensure QA/QC while collaborating with clients and other survey disciplines. Strong leadership and CAD/BIM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in land surveying.
• Massachusetts PLS license preferred or ability to obtain licensure.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor survey team to deliver quality surveying products.
• Plan and schedule survey tasks and field crews.
• Prepare boundary surveys, plats, and boundary descriptions; QA/QC.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on scope and estimates.
• Oversee equipment fleet and project staffing.
