Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, surveying, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of AutoCAD Survey Supervisor/Manager experience in land surveying (oil and gas pipeline).
• Registered as a Professional Land Surveyor, preferably in North Dakota.
• Certified Federal Surveyor certification is preferred.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Survey Team members and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to the group.
• Serve as Lead Professional Land Surveyor/Technical Project Lead as needed.
• Balance team workload and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and design/production standards.
• Assist in building project teams by allocating resources.
• Monitor utilization goals and communicate with stakeholders.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ processes including site visits and client meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
