Vistal is seeking a Survey Team Lead in North Dakota to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Survey Team, provide mentorship, and act as Lead Professional Land Surveyor/Technical Project Lead as needed. The role supports a wide range of municipal, commercial, oil, gas, and industrial projects with an emphasis on quality and client relationships.

The successful candidate will have an Associate's degree in engineering, surveying, or related field, plus 2+ years as an AutoCad Survey

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations of the Survey Team; provides guidance and mentorship.
• Serves as Lead Professional Land Surveyor/Technical Project Lead as needed.
• Monitors workload, budgets, and schedules to ensure project success.
• Maintains QA/QC to ensure accuracy of deliverables.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on project approach and technical execution plans.
• Identifies training needs and staffing adjustments.
