Job summary

This role focuses on client-centered surveying services across West Virginia, with opportunities to recruit talent, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver high-quality field and office work.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional surveying in a professional office environment.
• Ability to obtain WV PLS license; current WV PLS preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of current surveying principles, techniques, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and implement sales strategies to drive growth of the survey practice.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand survey services throughout West Virginia.
• Collaborate across Thrasher’s practice areas to deliver integrated, client-centered solutions.
• Provide technical oversight, including QA/QC of procedures and work product.
• Promote and monitor field and office procedures to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Assist with identifying and recruiting key personnel to strengthen the team.
