Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional surveying in a professional office environment.
• Ability to obtain WV PLS license; current WV PLS preferred but not required.
• Strong proposals, budgeting, and billing review capabilities.

• Leadership to mentor staff and grow the practice through marketing and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Survey Division and provide technical oversight.
• Support business development and pursue opportunities to expand survey services in WV.
• Collaborate with practice areas to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
• Ensure quality assurance and control of procedures and work products.
• Mentor staff and recruit key personnel to strengthen the team.
