Job summary

Thrasher Group, Inc. is seeking a Survey Technician to join our Bridgeport, WV survey team. You will perform field work and assist in establishing control points, working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Survey Technician with experience and enthusiasm to join our Bridgeport, WV survey team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a can-do attitude to every task, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under the direction of the survey crew chief or PLS, perform field work using survey equipment
• Assist in the establishment of control points and survey monuments
• Assist in documenting field survey notes
• Complete electronic reporting of time and project outcomes

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Driver's license: Valid driver's license required

Field experience: Previous experience as a survey technician or in a field crew capacity preferred

Physical ability: Ability to work outdoors in rugged terrain and varying weather conditions for extended periods

Travel: Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Flexibility: Schedule flexibility, including availability for some evenings and weekends
