Job summary

gpac in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Survey Project Manager to oversee survey projects from design through construction layout across municipal, MDOT, private land development, contractor staking, and energy sectors. You will lead a team of surveyors, manage criteria, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining key client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PM and may hold a Michigan PS license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Survey Project Manager
• Michigan Professional Surveyor (PS) license preferred, not required
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational and client-communication skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
