Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our employee-owned team.

You will lead surveying projects, manage scope, schedule, and fees, and develop new business while maintaining strong client relations and adherence to professional standards. Ideal candidates have a Florida license or the ability to obtain one quickly, 2+ years post-licensure experience, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Florida Survey License or ability to obtain FL licensure quickly
• 2+ years of post-licensure experience
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage surveying projects including scope, schedule, and fees
• Balance workload and resources; support business development
• Lead client relationships and serve as key contact
• Negotiate complex issues and exercise good judgment
• Lead project teams and monitor budgets, progress, and collections
• Provide technical, design and project management services in surveying
• Maintain professional networks and stay active in organizations
