Qualifications

• 5 years of industry experience preferred.
• PLS or similar experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Client interaction or customer service experience preferred.
• Robust understanding of boundary evidence collection.
• Robust understanding of construction layout.
• Robust understanding of COGO/survey calculations in field.
• Ability to collect & maintain data to client or company standards.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple crews, clients, & project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of various survey projects.
• Interact with clients and manage expectations.
• Organize data and support project financial tracking for the Director of Land Surveying.
• Hybrid field and office workload management.
• Process data and adjust survey computations.
• Review and draft survey plans.
