Job description

Location: Baltimore, MD (or Richmond/Fredericksburg, VA regions)

Are you a seasoned surveyor ready to lead exciting projects? ENTRUST Solutions Group seeks a Survey Project Manager to join our growing team. You will oversee survey projects from start to finish, coordinate field and office work, guide a talented team, and ensure top-tier standards. Responsibilities include boundary reestablishment, plats and ALTA/NSPS surveys, construction stakeout, client meetings, budget management, quality control, and signing survey documents. Hands-on experience with Carlson, StarNet, and 3D scanning is preferred.

Project travel is required but typically not exceeding 20%. Candidates should be local to Baltimore, MD or the Richmond/Fredericksburg, VA areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience
• Experience with highway and land development plans
• Professional Surveyor License in Maryland and/or Virginia
• Deep knowledge of geomatics, GPS, GIS, LiDAR, UAS, and CAD
• Valid driver’s license for project travel
