Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead land surveying projects through all phases from proposal to completion. You will coordinate with clients, manage field and office staff, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and contribute to the growth of our surveying operations in the region.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationships, and the ability to drive new business while working within a national engineering and design firm

Qualifications

• FL State Professional Land Surveyor License preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in land surveying and related fields.
• Ability to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Client communication (internal and external).
• Project Proposal Preparation & Invoicing.
• Overseeing 2 or more Survey Crews.
• New Business Development with Colliers Survey/Geospatial disciplines, including 3D.
• High Definition Laser Scanning, Mobile LiDAR Mapping, Rail Surveying, GPS and Conventional Surveys.
