In this pivotal role, you'll oversee survey projects from proposal through completion: driving accuracy, efficiency, and client success every step of the way. You'll lead talented field and office teams, ensure top‑tier quality control, and build strong client partnerships that make a lasting impact. Working alongside our multidisciplinary professionals, you'll contribute to transformative land development and infrastructure projects across the region.

Responsibilities
- Client communication (internal and external).
- Project proposal preparation & invoicing.
- Oversight of field and office teams, comprised of project surveyors, CAD technicians, and field crews.
- New business development combining existing clients with Colliers Engineering & Design's diverse Land Survey & Measurement Service lines which include: 3D High Definition Laser Scanning, Mobile Lidar Mapping, Rail Surveying, GPS and conventional surveys.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of field survey operations, along with a deep knowledge of the engineering and construction industry.
- Strong technical background in conventional survey and remote sensing technologies.
- Strong property line/R.O.W. experience.
- NYC public agency experience a plus.
- Professional Land Surveyor License required.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.
- Experience with Trimble and/or Leica equipment and software.
- Experience in projects utilizing 3D scanning a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description.
- Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job‑related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Compensation: $95,000 to $153,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
