Job summary

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) seeks a Survey Project Manager to lead a new Council Bluffs office. You will manage a small field crew, own client coordination on survey projects, and influence how the office is built and run.

This role is office-based with periodic field time; compensation is flexible based on experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in surveying, a civil engineering-related bachelor's, and strong Civil 3D skills. Licensure is a plus but not required.

Survey Project Manager - Council Bluffs area

A growing civil engineering and land surveying firm is opening a new survey office in the Council Bluffs, IA area and needs a Survey Project Manager to lead it. This is a ground-floor opportunity- you'll manage a small field crew already in place, own client coordination on survey projects, and have real influence over how the office is built and run.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of surveying experience, a bachelor's degree (civil engineering or related), and strong hands-on skill with Autodesk Civil 3D.

An active Land Surveyor license is a plus but not required - we're just as interested in someone with 10-15+ years of experience and demonstrated leadership who hasn't pursued licensure.

This role is primarily office-based with periodic field time for mentoring and project needs. Compensation is flexible based on experience, and the firm offers meaningful long-term incentives for the right person.
