Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Columbia, MD seeks a licensed Professional Land Surveyor to advance high-impact land development, infrastructure, and construction projects. As Survey Project Manager, you will lead multiple crews, coordinate with clients, and ensure accuracy from fieldwork to deliverables.

You will mentor junior staff, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with our Survey/Geospatial team to expand services like 3D scanning, GPS surveys, and conventional land

Qualifications

• Maryland license required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation.
• 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description.
• Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
• A valid drivers license is required.

At Colliers Engineering & Design, we’re seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our growing team in Columbia, MD.

Join our Survey/Geospatial team, which offers a full range of survey and geospatial data and mapping services that enable us to collect data faster, safer, and more accurately than ever before.
