Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to lead field crews on boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys and construction staking across South Florida. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established civil engineering and land surveying firm.

You will manage field operations, read plans, and coordinate with office staff and clients. 5+ years of field survey experience, crew leadership, GPS/Total Station proficiency, and a valid driver's license are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of land surveying field experience.
• Experience leading a survey crew and coordinating field operations.
• Proficiency with GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors.
• Construction staking, boundary and topographic survey experience.
• Ability to read survey plans and communicate with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and utility surveys.
• Oversee data collection and laboratory and office coordination as needed.
• Maintain safety and schedule consistency across field operations.
• Communicate with clients and office staff to ensure project alignment.
