McClure is a multi-state engineering firm seeking a Survey Project Manager for an on-site role in Council Bluffs, IA. You will plan, manage, and oversee survey projects, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while delivering on-time results.

Responsibilities include conducting topographic, boundary, and building surveys, preparing documentation, and collaborating with clients and project teams to meet project goals and expectations.

• Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Boundary Surveys.
• Strong expertise in Land Surveying and Building Surveying.
• Familiarity with Surveying principles and tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage a team of people effectively.
• Experience with a variety of surveying-related software (CAD, TBC, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Professional licensure in land surveying or ability to obtain is preferred.
