McClure Engineering Company in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Land Survey Project Manager to lead a growing Survey team on diverse projects for clients and the firm.

The PM will guide teammates, manage client relationships, prepare survey solutions, and oversee QA/QC to ensure high-quality deliverables and project profitability. Office-based with occasional field work for supervision and mentoring.

Qualifications

• License to practice land surveying or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 5 years of surveying or related field experience.
• Fluent in Autodesk Civil 3D and ability to learn other survey software.
• Strong understanding of coordinate systems and survey field procedures.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teammates to deliver multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with clients and internal staff to meet project goals.
• Assist in preparation of effective survey solutions to meet client needs.
• Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables and risk mitigation.
