McKim & Creed, Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Survey Project Manager/Coordinator to lead projects, coordinate field teams, support CAD design and drafting, and interact with clients to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires NC PLS licensure or LSIT on track, 4–10+ years in land surveying and geomatics (topographic and boundary work, construction staking for large civil projects), project management experience, proficiency with MS Word, Excel and CAD, and a valid driver’s license with a

4–10+ years of experience in Land Surveying & Geomatics including topographic & boundary surveying, construction staking for large civil land development projects.
Experience managing projects and coordinating survey field teams and supporting CAD drafting & review.
