Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a mid-level Surveyor to support large-scale civil infrastructure projects in the South-Central District. The role focuses on safety, precision, and efficient survey operations using Trimble systems, GPS, and total stations, with CAD integration and airspace coordination.

The position requires mobility across the South-Central District, including Texas, with a strong emphasis on boundaries, layout, and as-built documentation, in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction survey or related field.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and airspace management preferred.
• Experience with Trimble systems or similar technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic surveys for site plans, elevations, and drainage.
• Verify property boundaries and map utilities.
• Perform volume calculations and material estimations.
• Use total stations, GPS, and drones for precise measurements.
• Apply CAD software to survey plans and ensure design compliance.
