Description :

• This is a full-time position for an experienced Survey Party Chief.
• The Survey Party Chief should be capable of running a 1-man, 2-man or 3-man crew, including conducting boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys and construction staking.
• The role requires competency operating survey equipment such as Trimble GPS, total stations and digital levels.
• You will also coordinate directly with Geomatics management and engineering project managers and ensure survey accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications :

• Experience in Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveyors, Topographic Surveys, Settlement Monitoring, and Construction Staking.
• Proficiency in operating Trimble Survey Controllers.
• Skilled in operating Trimble GPS equipment conducting static sessions and base network calibrations.
• Skilled in operating Trimble Total Station including IS Solution and grid scanning.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in survey measurements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with project managers.
• Experience with modern survey software and fundamenral analog tools is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in land surveying are beneficial.
• Applicants must have excellent field notes keeping skills and organizational skills.
• Applicants must also have good people skills when dealing with on-site construction managers and job site superintendents.
