Job summary

Impact Recruitment is helping a Denver-based land surveying firm fill a Party Chief role. You will lead field crews on boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys for residential and commercial projects, ensuring precise computations and timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in surveying, experience with Trimble GNSS RTK GPS and Robotic Total Station, and a working knowledge of survey math. AutoCAD Civil3D is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of surveying field experience preferred.
• Experience with Trimble GNSS RTK GPS and Robotic Total Station.
• Proficiency in boundary and ALTA surveys.
• Strong knowledge of survey math and field procedures.

Impact Recruitment is working with a multi-disciplined land surveying firm that has delivered high-quality solutions for land and site development. We have an immediate opening in our clients Denver, Colorado office for a Party Chief.

We are looking for a Party Chief with the following:

• 5+ years' experience LSI or PLS not required, but a plus.
• Experience using Trimble GNSS RTK GPS system.
• Using Trimble Robotic Total Station.
• Experience in boundary, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking, and other surveys for both residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of mathematical principles, land survey terminology and field survey methods and techniques, calculate and verify computations and create and verify sketches and be accurate and complete work in a timely manner.
• Experience in AutoCad Civil3d not required, but a plus.
