Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking a qualified Party Chief to join our Mobile, Alabama team and lead field surveying activities on residential and commercial projects. You will perform boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, manage construction staking, and utilize Trimble GNSS RTK GPS and Robotic Total Station equipment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus, and we offer competitive compensation and an equal opportunity employment

Qualifications

• Experience in boundary, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking, and other surveys for residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of mathematical principles, land survey terminology and field survey methods.
• Experience with Trimble GNSS RTK GPS and Trimble Robotic Total Station is a plus.

Job description

Impact Recruitment is working with a multi-disciplined civil engineering and land surveying firm that has delivered high-quality solutions for land and site development.

We have an immediate opening in our clients Mobile, Alabama office for a Party Chief.

We are looking for a Party Chief with the following:

• 5+ years' experience LSI or PLS not required, but a plus.
• Experience using Trimble GNSS RTK GPS system.
• Using Trimble Robotic Total Station.
• Experience in boundary, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking, and other surveys for both residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of mathematical principles, land survey terminology and field survey methods and techniques, calculate and verify computations and create and verify sketches and be accurate and complete work in a timely manner.
• Experience in AutoCad Civil3d not required, but a plus.
• Successful applicant will be essential to our clients team with excellent pay commensurate with qualifications, and experience.
