Impact Recruitment is seeking a qualified Party Chief to join our Mobile, Alabama team and lead field surveying activities on residential and commercial projects. You will perform boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, manage construction staking, and utilize Trimble GNSS RTK GPS and Robotic Total Station equipment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus, and we offer competitive compensation and an equal opportunity employment

Qualifications

• Experience in boundary, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking, and other surveys for residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of mathematical principles, land survey terminology and field survey methods.
• Experience with Trimble GNSS RTK GPS and Trimble Robotic Total Station is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead field surveying activities for residential and commercial projects in Mobile, AL.
• Perform boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys and construction staking.
• Calculate and verify computations and create sketches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
