Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor of Science degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
• 2–5 years surveying experience on transportation, utility, residential, and site development projects.
• Familiarity with land surveying laws and regulations in WA/OR.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey documents including plats, exhibits, boundary surveys, and records of surveys using Civil 3D.
• Conduct survey research to support project accuracy and completeness.
• Process survey data with Trimble Business Center and integrate it with field data.
• Import/export field data for field crews and create topographic maps using Civil 3D.
• Assist with office calculations and support field crews for staking and monumentation.
• Prepare legal descriptions of real property.
