Job summary

TREKK Design Group, LLC in St. Louis seeks an entrepreneurial Survey Market Lead to establish and grow TREKK’s survey presence across eastern Missouri and Illinois.

You will build relationships with municipalities, agencies and clients, identify opportunities, and develop the local team to support long-term growth. With senior leadership support, you will lead market growth, manage select projects, mentor staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality survey work while aligning with TREKK’s service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Missouri Professional Land Surveyor license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Significant surveying industry experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for TREKK’s St. Louis Survey Market, including market priorities, target clients and long-term growth opportunities.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with municipalities, transportation agencies, utilities, engineering partners and other clients throughout the region.
• Identify, pursue and win meaningful survey work that aligns with TREKK’s capabilities, purpose and long-term strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their challenges, anticipating needs and connecting them with solutions and resources.
• Lead strategic pursuits, client meetings, capture planning and proposal efforts.
• Represent TREKK within industry, professional and community organizations to strengthen our visibility and relationships throughout the St. Louis market.
• Collaborate across TREKK’s Service Lines to identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and provide integrated solutions to clients.
