Job summary

TREKK Design Group, LLC in Kansas City, MO seeks an experienced survey professional to join the Survey Team as Project Manager and Supervisor. A licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Missouri and/or Kansas and/or an LSIT pursuing licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of professional surveying principles, practices, and state standards.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Proven problem-solving ability and technical judgment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, staff, project managers, and clients.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Independently manage a portfolio of survey projects while maintaining responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and clients throughout project delivery.
Coordinate field crews, office staff, and technical resources to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource assignments.
Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
Partner with field and technical teams to resolve challenges and maintain production efficiency.
Monitor project performance and communicate project status to team members, clients, and leadership.
Provide professional oversight for boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, right-of-way, transportation, utility, construction, and related survey projects.
