Job summary

Apex Clearing Corporation is seeking a Survey Manager/Sr. Surveyor in Vancouver, Washington. This role involves leading the Survey Department and overseeing diverse projects, ensuring quality outcomes while supporting staff development and management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be a Washington state registered PLS with over 5 years of experience in land surveying and a strong background in business development and project management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience overseeing and performing land surveys as a registered PLS.
• Experience in office production including boundary, topographic and construction surveying.
• Aspiration for growth opportunities including taking on management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Vancouver Survey Department and projects.
• Supervise Survey Technicians and survey field crews.
• Work with Apex clients to identify project needs and prepare scope and fee proposals.
• Secure additional survey projects.
