Qualified candidates are Washington PLS with 8+ years of overseeing and performing land surveys, proficient in Civil3D and Carlson Survey, with BD experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Washington state registered PLS.
• 8+ years overseeing land surveys as a PLS.
• Experience in boundary, topographic and construction surveying.
• Experience in business development.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Vancouver Survey Department and projects.
• Oversee and perform land survey and mapping functions.
• Supervise Survey Technicians and survey field crews.
• Plan and coordinate work of field staff.
• Review and certify completed work to satisfy project requirements.
• Work with clients to identify project needs and prepare scopes and proposals.
• Secure additional survey projects.
