Job summary

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify scope, schedule resources, review field notes and digital data, and prepare maps, models, and reports, while mentoring staff and upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing land surveying projects and delivering survey results.
• Proficiency with surveying instruments and technologies (total stations, GPS/GNSS, data collectors) and related field methodologies.
• Ability to review, interpret, and prepare survey drawings, maps, and models using CAD or GIS software and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring progress and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for coordinating with field crews, technical teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to professional surveying standards.
• Leadership capabilities including training, mentoring and supporting survey staff in field and office environments.
• Education in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or related field; licensure or progress toward licensure is beneficial
