You’ll oversee all survey operations with precision, safety, and efficiency—managing field crews and CAD staff, ensuring accurate layout and data support, and maintaining GPS and as-built documentation to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor survey crews and technicians
• Manage GPS machine control files and field layout operations
• Review, seal, and sign as-built documentation
• Provide training and troubleshooting for GPS and data collection tools
• Ensure full compliance with safety and project specifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of civil construction survey experience
• Florida P.E. or P.S.M. license (required for sealing as-builts)
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel to projects as needed
