Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering Technology (2-year assoc or 4-year degree).
• OSHA safety practices must be adhered to.
• Physical ability to walk over uneven terrain and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to travel to office and project sites.
• Valid driver2s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Survey Crew Chief and Professional Land Surveyor using surveying skills on broad assignments.
• Care for and maintain survey equipment regularly.
• Serve as a survey technician on small crews using GPS, robotic total stations, UAS, and terrestrial scanners.
• Process field data and assist with drafting and document prep.
