Qualifications

• Experience with EFB data collection preferred.
• 1-2 years of land survey field experience with total stations and GPS is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Job Title: Survey Field Technician II (Instrument Person)

Your Daily Responsibilities

1. Assist the Crew Chief in operating a field survey crew.
2. Ensure quality work, safety, and equipment maintenance.
3. Operate survey equipment, collect data, locate features, and maintain a safe work environment.
4. Travel overnight as needed.
5. Work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrains.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Technical skills and process-oriented traits: detail-oriented, methodical, precise, and safety-conscious.
3. Experience with EFB data collection preferred.
4. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug test.

Preferred Experience

1. 1-2 years of land survey field experience with total stations and GPS.
2. Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
