Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid OR or WA driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to start at 6:00 a.m. and work overtime.
• Ability to pass urinalysis drug screening.
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding work including packing heavy survey equipment, pounding hubs, and clearing brush.
• Receive hands-on training in survey instruments, data collection tools, GPS equipment, and other specialized gear.
• Operate Trimble Robotic Total Stations, GN22 Receivers, and TSC5 Data collectors.
• Support data collection efforts using unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
• Follow safety protocols, including AKS standards and state, federal, and site-specific regulations.
• Work in adverse weather conditions and difficult terrain.
• Occasionally travel out of town/overnight when needed.
