Job summary

Verdantas, a leading environmental consulting firm, seeks a Survey Technician for a hybrid role in Saco, ME. You will conduct field surveys, operate total stations, GPS, and levels, and help prepare maps and drawings under the guidance of the Survey Crew Chief.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography
• Operate total stations, GPS units, and levels for data collection
• Assist in setup and calibration of survey instruments
• Record and document survey data accurately and efficiently
• Assist in preparing survey reports, maps, and drawings
• Ensure compliance with survey standards and project specifications
• Communicate findings to the Survey Crew Chief/Lead Surveyor
• Follow safety guidelines during fieldwork
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Survey Crew Chief/Lead Surveyor

Salary Range:

$24.00 - $26.00
