Job description

Gaskins + LeCraw is an enhanced, full-service company, offering survey, planning, and engineering capabilities across the Southeast. Come join a team of over 150 employees in the areas of civil engineering, planning consulting, surveying, and entitlements in four offices throughout Georgia.

We are currently looking for a Survey Field Crew Chief /Survey Party Chief. We have offices in Marietta, Duluth, Newnan and Canton.

The Party Chief should have the skills to manage field surveying work such as ALTA, topographic, boundary, construction stakeout, horizontal/vertical control, utility as-builts and GPS. The individual we are seeking is an energetic, adaptable and solution-oriented person. This person will be able to follow instructions but also be able to think independently. Candidates must be proficient with data collectors and data collection techniques, conventional field notes and sketches, total stations, and robots. Candidates familiar using data collection using TDS are preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of field survey experience and at least 2 years of experience as a Party Chief.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• No significant driving violations for the past 3 years.
• Experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Topographic and construction layout.
