Job summary

Fishbeck is seeking a Survey Intern for Summer 2027 in Dayton, OH. This full-time internship supports the Surveying team in evaluating and designing water and wastewater projects, with opportunities for hybrid work and professional growth.

You will assist with data analysis, report preparation, and collaboration across offices, while gaining hands-on experience through site visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Survey Engineering, Survey Technology, or Civil Engineering program.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation.
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel occasionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering evaluations and design of water and wastewater systems.
• Analyze data and help prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and survey professionals across multiple offices.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings to observe project conditions firsthand.
